The controller of personal data collected through this website is Hust Creative Studios, which can be contacted at byyhust@gmail.com and is based in Portugal.
2. Data we may process
The contact buttons open a Hust form hosted on Notion in a new tab. Information submitted through that form is received and managed by Hust through Notion to respond to your enquiry. If you contact us by email, we also process the information you voluntarily provide.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and taking pre-contractual steps requested by you.
- Managing contractual relationships when you become a client.
- Meeting applicable legal obligations.
- Protecting the security and integrity of our systems where there is a legitimate basis to do so.
4. Cookies and analytics
The initial version was designed without external analytics, advertising or tracking services. This website does not create authentication cookies and has no internal portal. The external Notion form uses that platform’s technologies and policies. Hosting is managed by ChatGPT Sites under its own policies. Any optional services added in future must remain blocked until a valid user choice has been obtained.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by providers strictly necessary to operate the service, such as hosting, email and management tools, subject to applicable data protection obligations.

The use of any provider outside the European Economic Area must be documented and supported by a valid transfer mechanism where required.

9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. This website does not store contact form responses in its own database or provide internal access. Enquiries sent through the external form are managed by Hust in Notion. Access and hosting security also depend on the platform used.

This policy may be updated when services, tools or applicable obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.
